On Sunday, July 26th my cousin Neil Anderson will swim 1 mile, bike 25 miles, and run 6 miles in the New York City Triathlon. He has spent several months training in order to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Our family has been effected very closely by this disease through my brother Ben Houston, who has twice battled Leukemia. We have been thankful for the fact that Ben is a survivor and he is currently finishing his first year in college.
Not everyone is as fortunate as our family. This disease causes more deaths than any other cancer among children and young adults under the age of 20. It is for this reason that Neil is racing to raise awareness to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's fight against cancer. Neil is committed to raising $3,300, but I want to help him exceed his expectations. Please, donate to the LLS, send this site to your friends and family, volunteer.
